It is agreed that you are entitled to use the Content only for Continued Airworthiness Activities (the “Authorized Purpose”).
The Content made available through the Website cannot in any manner whatsoever be used and/or reproduced other than for the Authorized Purpose and the making available of the Content is not intended to grant you with any license over Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights.
Mecaer disclaims any liability arising from the use of this Website and/or of the Content and under no circumstances shall Mecaer or relevant third parties be liable for any damage (e.g. direct, special, incidental, indirect, economic or consequential damages including, but not limited to lost profits) arising out of or connected with the Website and the Content.
